Introduction to Brioche Knitting - 4th November 11am - 2pm in Liverpool
Introduction to Brioche Knitting is taught by Gerard Allt - this class is taught in LIVERPOOL, in the baltic quarter, L8.
Our most popular class, brioche knitting is a fantastic technique which produces a scrumptious, soft and bouncy texture making it ideal for scarfs, wraps and shawls to help keep you warm and toasty in the winter.
If you're confident with simple, basic knitting techniques like knit, purl, increase and decrease then you'll excel with brioche...we cover both one and two colour brioche knitting as well as increasing and decreasing.
Included in the price of the class is 2 x 100g of I Knit or Dye Killing me Softly DK - a wonderful squishy, soft natural fibre (Bluefaced Leicester) yarn grown and spun in Yorkshire and hand dyed by your teacher, Gerard, who has also designed several brioche patterns, all of which are also included in the price of the class. Tea and coffee will also be available.
All you need to bring is 4.5mm 60cm circular needle, some enthusiasm and maybe some water.
This workshop will be held in central Liverpool - Jamaica Street, L1.
